Waterfront Real Estate Development Opportunities
The City has issued an Request For Qualifications/Proposals for development opportunities within its Harbor and Pier areas.  Sites that remain available are: 135-9 N. International Boardwalk, and the 400 Block of Fisherman's Wharf.  The RFQ/P can be found here and submittals can be submitted at any time.

AQMD Assistance For Small Businesses
The AQMD has a team of engineers and inspectors specifically designated to assist small businesses (100 of fewer employees or annual gross revenues up to $5 million) understand and comply with air quality rules and regulations.  For assistance, or a free on-site consultation, call 1-800-4-CLN-AIR (Staff available Tuesday-Friday).  Additional information can be found at www.aqmd.gov and at here.
