The Harbor/Pier Maintenance division is responsible for maintenance and repair to Pier and some Harbor facilities. Included are the new and old municipal piers, two parking structures, sidewalks and handrails, a break wall, and the Seaside Lagoon. This division has two sub-divisions, pier custodial maintenance and pier building maintenance.
