ASSESSMENT & SPECIALIZED TESTING
Beach Cities One Stop provides our clients with thorough tests and evaluations, allowing us to determine skills, interests, and abilities. In addition, we can do a customized test to determine software knowledge, computer literacy and proficiency in clerical and office skills, accounting, and/or call center that includes data entry, customer service, spelling, data analysis, etc. With these services available, it provides the applicant with an appropriate career path and the you- the employer- with a qualified candidate.
WAGE SUBSIDY
Beach Cities One Stop can offset the cost of training through On-the-Job Training (OJT) by decreasing money, time and energy you spend on training a new hire. The positions are focused on career advancement potential. During the OJT, job seekers engage in productive work and acquire knowledge or skills essential to performance of the job. As an incentive, OJT is designed to pay you up to 50% of the participant’s wages for a specific period of time while training.
