Engvall to Perform Benefit for South Bay Youth Project Well-known, local South Bay comedian, Bill Engvall, will perform a comedy benefit on the evening of Friday, May 30th, 2008, at the Torrance Cultural Arts Center (TCAC). The event is a fundraiser for the South Bay Youth Project (SBYP), a local philanthropic organization that provides counseling for troubled youth and their families. (FLYER)
