Speakers will address cognitive changes that impair driving, when driving becomes unsafe and what to do, and community resources to support families when driving is no longer an option.
Doors open at 5:30pm for light refreshments and the program begins promptly at 6:00pm. Refreshments are provided by the South Bay Dementia Education Consortium.
This program is free and open to the public, but seating is limited so an RSVP is encouraged at (310) 374-3426, extension 256.
The program will be held in the 2nd floor Meeting Room at Redondo Beach Main Library, located at 303 N. Pacific Coast Hwy in Redondo Beach. Free underground parking is available at the Library.
