Mayor Jim Light presented his First State of the City Address at two events in Redondo Beach on May 9, 2024.

His thoughtful presentation highlighted the Headwinds and Tailwinds the City is encountering, and also celebrated the many contributions the late Mayor Bill Brand made to the City of Redondo Beach in his time as a dedicated public servant.
